Requirement

• Torr Hill Quarry were using a range of cable supports throughout their site in various configurations.
• They approached Ellis to come up with a standardised solution that provided a consistent cable support throughout the site.

 

Solution

• Ellis conducted an on-site assessment, gathering cable location and loading information.
• Extensive investigation of solutions was carried out.
• The chosen solution: Utilising a polymer hanger with an aluminium spine (Pegasus hanger) from Ellis’s range.
• Pegasus hangers are manufactured and can be swiftly assembled in the factory, tailored to the client’s needs.
• Multiple configurations of Pegasus hangers were designed and produced by Ellis.
