Negri Bossi V320-2000 Canbio Injection Moulding Machine

Our latest arrival, a Negri Bossi V320-2000 Canbio Injection Moulding Machine.

Not only is this our biggest injection-moulding machine, but it’s also the largest single investment in machinery in the company’s history. The new machine is approximately 25% bigger than the outgoing model, with the largest possible moulding weight going from 750grams to an impressive 1060 grams. This not only means more parts produced for the same machine cycle, thus increasing our capacity to help meet ever-increasing demand but also widens the scope even further for our new product development team. With our widening product range and our commitment to bespoke engineered solutions we require the flexibility and tighter processing parameters the new machine has to offer.

Despite the 25% increase in size of the new machine it’s running costs are expected to be lower that the outgoing model, due to its highly efficient motor, drivers and control system.
